The success of our workspace formula has been well tested over 20 years. Many customers have expanded from just a few hundred to several thousand square feet; a good number have been with us for more than a decade, some much longer. One of the most high-profile in recent years was DX Communications, which, having been started in 1991 by Richard Emanuel in a tiny unit of just 200 square feet, expanded into a huge network of 160 stores nationwide.
