The
largest of the company’s projects, Elderpark Workspace offers a wide
range of unit sizes and types that can meet the needs of small to
medium-sized companies. The 3.5-acre site provides 60 workspace units
in which around 300 people are employed, making it one of the busiest
and most successful business centres of its kind in Glasgow.
A significant asset is the site’s location, little more than
a half-mile from the M8 motorway. On account of the size of the
development, businesses are able to enjoy many on-site facilities, such
as a workspace café, boardroom and conference suite.
A former bakery and offices,
the property was originally converted to workspace in 1984 and has
undergone a recent makeover to create a working environment suitable
